Availability and pricing

Cottage availability, occupancy, rate plans, taxes, extras and stay policies shown during checkout come from the property’s PMS. A quote is valid only for the displayed cottage-hold period.

Payment and confirmation

A payment attempt does not create a reservation. A booking is confirmed only after the server verifies a captured payment for the correct order, property, currency and frozen total, and displays a booking ID on the confirmation page.

Arrival and departure

Current configured times are shown during booking for check-in and shown during booking for check-out in the property timezone. The guest must provide accurate contact and occupancy details and follow property rules communicated for the stay.
