Failed or incomplete payments

A failed payment does not create a booking or deposit. A temporary debit for a failed attempt may be reversed automatically by Razorpay or the issuing bank. Keep the payment reference and contact the property if the amount is not reversed.

Confirmed-booking refunds

Any refund for a confirmed booking is assessed under the policy above and returned through the supported payment process. Bank and payment-provider settlement times can vary. The property will identify an approved refund with its reference.
